How can I place an Order?

Placing an order with Home Concepts Online is Quick and easy.

  • Firstly, select the items you wish to purchase and click the Red “Add to Cart” button to add the item to your order. Continue with this process with any other items you wish to purchase
  • Once you have finished shopping, click on the “basket” icon at the top right of the page.
  • Confirm your order and calculate shipping by selecting “Calculate Shipping” and State and Postcode, and select “Update Totals”
  • Select “proceed to checkout”.
  • Follow the prompts at the bottom right-hand side of each page to complete the process.



How can I make the payment online?

When purchasing online with Home Concepts, you can make the payment via the following methods:

  • Paying via Visa, MasterCard, Amex through our secure site
  • Paypal
  • Afterpay


If I make the payment Via Credit Card, Are my details Protected and Secure?

To ensure Home Concepts purchases are secure and protected, all transactions on this site are processed Anz eGate. This is an online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure, hosted environment. Protecting your personal information and the orders placed through Home Concepts is our priority. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, Home Concepts uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration. You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of your internet browser you will see it begin with ‘https:’ instead of the normal ‘http:’ – this means that you are in secure mode and environment.


What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a payment platform that allows you to buy what you want today and pay in four equal instalments, due every two weeks.

How do I use Afterpay?
1. Add your desired Homewares to your shopping cart and check out as normal.
2. Select Afterpay as your payment method. You will be directed to the Afterpay website.
3. Register or login to your Afterpay account to confirm your order.
4. You will be redirected to HomeConcepts to receive your order confirmation.

Can I return my Afterpay order?
Yes, you can return or exchange your Afterpay purchase within 30 days of purchase, provided it meets our Returns and Exchange Policy.

Are your prices in Australian Dollars (AUD)?

All pricing is in Australian dollars.

Order Information:

When you order with Home concepts, we like to keep you informed every step of the way. We mainly use the Toll tracking service, allowing you to trace your parcel at any time. Once the Item has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email within hours advising of a tracking number and page to follow the progress of your delivery.

If you are not home to collect the parcel, you should receive a card advising that your parcel has been left at your nearest Toll Collection Point and the time it will be available for collection.

Please Note Some Remote locations are delivered by AusPost!


How long does the delivery take?

They will be dispatched within 2 business days following receipt of your order. All items are Dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse.

Once items are dispatched from Our Warehouse, you should expect delivery within 2-7 working days depending on your location.


Can I cancel or change an order?

Please contact us Via the Contact US form located on the Contact tab located in the top right corner of our website and we will advise whether a cancellation or a change to your order is possible

It is only possible to cancel or change your order if the picking process has not commenced.

How can find out more about a particular product?

For all product information please complete the Contact Us form locates on the Contact page of home concepts and a Customer Service Representative will be in contact by email.


Refunds or Exchange:

All our items come with our thirty (30) day Return Policy in addition to your statutory rights. If for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with Product delivered to you, you may within thirty (30) days of item purchase being delivered return the item, The return item must be unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. We are able to Refund the price of the product, However not the shipping costs.
This refund does not include the costs of return postage. The Customer is responsible for return postage to our warehouse.

All returns require a RETURN AUTHORITY Number which can only be obtained by emailing with full details of why a return is being made and if approved a Return mailing address will be provided with RA number.

If the product is lost in transit, we will not be held liable and therefore we recommend that items are returned to us via courier or registered post to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.

If you believe you have received a faulty product please contact us so we can review and give further instructions.


Do you ship items overseas?

We currently ship items to any address within Australia only. If you would like a quote for shipping to another country please contact us as we are happy to arrange.


Can I order from overseas and get it sent to an Australian address?

Yes! At checkout in the billing address details, simply enter your details and then select Australia as the billing country.
